Nothing like a last minute trip to Florida before expecting your first bundle of joy by Thanksgiving!

I had the pleasure of creating these maternity photos at Cocoa Beach for Sarah and Alex during Labor Day weekend. Holiday weekends typically drive a surge of crowds to Florida beaches, and the best way to avoid the mayhem is to get out there early!

Sunrise sessions are already my favorite because of the golden glow that shines on everything the light touches and the sense of peace before the rest of the world wakes up. Add the beach location and such a sweet couple with infectious joy, and being a maternity photographer in Central Florida feels like the best job in the entire world.
